If you’re among the growing number of people abandoning their cable and satellite TV packages in favor of alternatives like iTunes, Hulu, and Netflix, here’s something interesting to consider: YouTube may soon offer streaming TV shows the day after they air for a $1.99 fee.

According to All Things Digital , Google is currently in negotiations with the networks and studios to make such a service available to users of its video-sharing site in 2010....
