At a time when we're supposed to be looking to entrepreneurs to bring us out of today's financial crisis, it's too bad to hear that our draconian intellectual property laws are driving people elsewhere.

You may have noticed that the original file sharing success stories were in the US -- Napster, Grokster, Streamcast.

But following the legal attacks, the more recent success stories have all been foreign: The Pirate Bay, Mininova, isoHunt.
