STUDY: 57% of TV Viewers Use the Web Simultaneously

Often looked at as competing entertainment platforms, a recent Neilsen study reports that US consumers are taking in media from both platforms simultaneously, which makes them complimentary in nature.

According to Reuters , Nielsen’s research shows that “57 percent of TV viewers in the U.S. who have Internet access use both mediums at the same time at least once a month....
