Pirate Party LogoPiracy on the web has been in focus the last couple of months due to the high-profile Pirate Bay trial in Sweden.

This trial, in which the founders of the controversial peer-to-peer file sharing website were convicted of copyright infringement, was thrown into chaos when it was the discovered that not one , but two judges had conflicts of interest that have jeopardized the legitimacy of the ruling.
