PHP_Depend PEAR Channel switched to Pirum - Manuel Pichler

Today Fabien Potencier announced the first relase of the PEAR Channel server Pirum .

The great benefit of this Channel server is that it provides a simple shell script to publish new PEAR package releases, a feature that I missed in the previously used Chiara PEAR Server .

Pirum will make it really easy to publish new package versions through a simple build script :-)
