PayPal has been rather busy recently.

Yesterday at the PayPal Innovate 09 conference, the eBay subsidiary launched PayPal X , its platform for third party developers to integrate payment services into their own apps.

It also addressed its growing global base by adding support for new currencies , bringing the total supported up to 24.
