My question: Will you be going to either one? Or, to any of the other major open-source shows like OSCon?"

Practical Technology: "It certainly, in the updated archive manager, File Roller, now has more support for other compressed formats such as ALZ, RZIP, CAB, and the TAR.7Z file types.

Nautilus, the GNOME file manager, also now has tabs and I, for one, find that a very useful feature."

Practical Technology: "People have this delusion that the Web is a fount of all information. That, if you look hard enough with Google and other search engines, you can find all the answers.

Practical Technology: "On a superficial level, Novell's third quarter, which ended July 31, 2008, didn't look that good.

A closer look reveals though that Novell did quite well in general and extremely well with its Linux business."
