It’s easy to hate phone carriers. They charge too much, they don’t provide nearly the coverage that they claim, and they lie, cheat and steal to get every last penny that they can out of you.

However, they have us by the proverbial stones, don’t they? Take away our cell or data coverage and we’re in a complete panic.

As consumers, the best we can do is try to maximize our utility and usage of whatever product or service we’re contracted into while paying the minimum possible per month.
