In the grand scheme of energy technologies, the key component that makes up a fuel cell is relatively short lived.

This achilles heel is one of the main reasons that the business of selling fuel cells is often times not profitable.

I've discussed in the past that one key area, which I think has been Google's Achilles heel, is its customer service.

To most outsiders, Google comes off as something of a big, white monolith.

When things go wrong, it's often nearly impossible to reach someone there, or to get any sort of actual contact with a human being, who is trying to help.

All too often, we hear people complain that it's "impossible" to compete in some manner. "You can't compete with free." "Big companies will steal your ideas and you can't compete with big companies." And yet, time and time again, we've seen that this isn't actually true.

Every company has its weaknesses, and there are always ways to compete. This doesn't mean, of course, that every competitor will succeed.

It doesn't mean that competition is easy. But there are always ways to compete, no matter how many advantages you believe another player has.
