The New IE9: More HTML5, CSS3, and No Windows XP

Today, Microsoft released the developer preview of Internet Explorer 9. The preview is bare-bones: after playing around with it, I can tell you that it doesn't have much in terms of user interface.

This is more of a proof-of-concept than a web browser. Still, it provides a good glimpse into what we can expect from IE9: a complete reboot.
