Google roll out OAuth Authorisation to all Google Data APIs - P

Last Thursday I saw this turn up on the OAuth mailing list, so I've spent a few hours over the weekend adding the final features to the OAuth For PHP library (proposed both to the Zend Framework and PEAR) to ensure it works.

Thanks go out to David Koblas for his unprompted assistance to go test the library and uncover the remaining issues!
