The Sports Illustrated Social Communications staffer has just been caught red-handed trying to place his hands in Digg’s big cookie jar.

An incrimating email, supposedly from Kaplan to an undisclosed party, has surfaced on Digg and, though unconfirmed, appears to be an attempt by Kaplan to game the Digg system with third-party assistance.
