Ever tried explaining Twitter to someone that’s never used it?
It’s not easy, and Twitter’s homepage isn’t especially helpful, as most non-users I talk to about it seem to respond with “why would anyone care what I’m doing?”
Twitter is now moving fast to address this problem.
Last night, they launched “Twitter 101 for Business ,” a getting started guide that discusses the very basics of Twitter in an especially thorough way.
