Apple to Palm Pre: Sorry, No More iTunes Syncing

Palm LogoJust little over a month ago, Palm’s challenger to the iPhone, the Pre , launched to much fanfare.

Beyond the touchscreen, app store, and its physical keyboard, Palm was also promoting one smaller feature that no other phone could: the ability to sync with Apple’s iTunes music player.

Apple’s response? “Don’t count on that lasting for long .”
